One of the most challenging aspects of home building is communication.
More so, as a homebuyer it is even more challenging because many times
you are not sure who to contact regarding certain issues. To help you
through this process, here is a list of people within our organization,
and what items you may contact them about.
Sales Consultant
As your first point of contact in the home buying process, the Sales Consultant
is the “Ring Leader” so to speak. The Sales Consultant should not only walk
you through the contract and purchase process, but keep in contact with you
during certain stages of the construction of your home. The Sales Consultant
can help you on most issues, except for technical construction questions and
warranty issues. You should contact your Sales Consultant regarding the following:
- Contracts and home purchasing process
- Change orders
- Design session scheduling
- If you use an outside lender, please notify your Sales Consultant of loan approval and mortgage information
- Home and community information
Warranty Coordinator
The Warranty Coordinator, along with the Warranty Supervisor, will help
find resolutions to any problems that may arise after you close on your
home, and coordinate and schedule subcontractors to correct the problem.

- General warranty questions
- Warranty work requests
